Your appointment with us is private, one-on-one, and completely at your pace. There's no pressure to purchase anything, no rushed recommendations, and no moment where you'll feel like a number. We've been doing this for over 30 years, and the thing we hear most after a first fitting is: "I wish I'd done this sooner."

Here's what your appointment looks like:

Step 1 - A Conversation First

We start by simply talking. What kind of surgery did you have? Where are you in your recovery? What are you hoping to feel like when you walk out? Your answers guide everything.

Step 2 - The Fitting

With your comfort and privacy as the priority, your fitter will help you find the right size, shape, and style - whether that's a bra, a breast form, a wig, or all three. You'll only be asked to try on what you're comfortable with, and you'll always know what's happening next.

Step 3 - Your Questions

We stay as long as you need. Ask about provincial funding. Ask about what to wear in the weeks ahead. Ask anything. Our fitters have heard every question, and there is no wrong one.

Step 4 - Your Choices

You leave with exactly what's right for you - and a full understanding of how to wear it, care for it, and access any coverage you may be entitled to.

Pre-Fitting FAQ

Do I have to undress completely?

No. Your comfort guides the entire appointment. We'll work with whatever you're comfortable with and move at your pace. Many women wear a loose top or button-front shirt for easy access - but there is no requirement, and you will never be asked to do anything you're not comfortable with.

Can I bring my partner, daughter, or a friend?

Absolutely. Many women find it helpful to have someone with them. You're welcome to bring whoever makes you feel most at ease. Our fitting room accommodates a support person comfortably.

What if I'm still healing from surgery?

You don't need to wait until you're fully healed. In fact, early fittings are often about finding the right recovery bra or compression garment for right now -where your body is today. We'll meet you exactly where you are, and we can always adjust recommendations as your recovery progresses.

How long does a fitting take?

We ask customer to reserve 90 minutes for their appointments. We never rush, and if you need longer, that's completely fine. We build our schedule to allow real time with each person - not a quick ten-minute turnaround.

Is there a cost to the appointment itself?

All fittings are complimentary. We're also happy to walk you through provincial funding eligibility before, during, or after your appointment - many customers are surprised to find that their breast form or bra is partially or fully covered.

I live outside of Barrie. Can I still get a fitting?

Yes. We offer virtual fittings by video call for customers across Canada. For bras, recovery garments, and compression products, a virtual fitting is a surprisingly effective option. Contact us and we'll talk you through what to prepare. We ship Canada-wide.

What products can I be fitted for?

Post‑surgery bras, breast forms, pocketed swimwear, and wigs.

Do I need a prescription?

Not always. If you’re using insurance/coverage, bring any paperwork you have and we’ll help you understand the next steps.

Can I shop the same day?

Often yes - if items are in stock we can help you choose and purchase during/after your appointment.
