Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help. The following policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Naturally You Boutique.

Our 30-Day Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase or shipment date, whichever is later. If the size isn't right, the colour isn't what you expected, or the item simply isn't for you, we'll make it right.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In clean condition, free from hair, debris, dirt, marks, or odours (including smoke and perfume)
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by your order number, or a receipt for in-store purchases

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to you at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Discontinued or clearance items
• Items marked Final Sale, Last Chance, or Limited Edition
• Gift cards and gift certificates
• Any item outside the 30-day window

Exchanges: One Free Exchange Per Order (Canada)
Every Canadian order includes one free exchange. We'll email you a prepaid return label and ship your replacement at no charge once we receive the original item. An exchange means one return shipment, regardless of how many items from the order are included in it.

After your free exchange has been used, any further returns or exchanges on that order are the customer's responsibility. You will pay return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your refund or credit. To make the most of your free exchange, please include every item you'd like to swap in a single shipment.

Returns for Refund (Canada)
Returns for a refund are covered by the same one-free-return allowance as exchanges. Your first return shipment on an order is free. Subsequent return shipments are at your expense and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

International Orders (Outside Canada)
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges from international customers within the same 30-day window, however free return shipping and free exchanges apply to Canadian orders only.

International customers are responsible for:

• All return shipping costs, including tracking and insurance
• Any duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs fees incurred on the return shipment or on the replacement shipment
• Outbound shipping on any exchanged item

Please mark your return package as "Returned Canadian Goods" to help avoid duties on our end. Any duties or fees charged to us on an international return will be deducted from your refund. Original international shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, at your choice, within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the item. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If we sent the wrong item or your item arrived defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost, for both domestic and international orders. This does not count toward your free exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Use our self-serve portal at https://naturallyyou.ca/returns to request a return or exchange and, for eligible Canadian orders, print your prepaid label. Ship to:
