Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that we will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days (from the original purchase date or shipment date) for issues such as:

  1. Incorrect size (either too big or too small)
  2. General dissatisfaction or complaint (don't like it/thought it was something else)

For all returns: Please keep the original packaging and refrain from washing or using the products. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed or show visible signs of use.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return:

  1. Products must be in a clean condition, and free from hair, debris, or dirt to be accepted.
  2. Products must be unworn and unwashed, and all original tags must remain attached.
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany any in-store purchase items.

Non-Returnable/Refundable Items:

  1. Items that are discontinued or no longer available.
  2. Items purchased on final sale, last chance sale, or limited-edition release.
  3. Gift Cards or Gift Certificates.
  4. Items purchased or received outside of the 30-day return window of eligibility.

Take special note of the following:

  1. We provide FREE return shipping for your first return only. After your first return, customers are responsible for return shipping costs on subsequent returns or exchanges.
  2. All returns undergo manual inspection when received.
  3. If the return doesn't meet the criteria defined above, it will be rejected, and the item may be sent back to you.
  4. Refunds and credits are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

To start a return, access our self-serve returns portal using our customer self-serve portal (https://account.naturallyyou.ca). For your first return, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Once your return is authorized, return your items using the provided prepaid label (for first return) or at your own expense (for subsequent returns). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at help@naturallyyou.ca.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at help@naturally.ca.
