Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
You may try an item on for fit, but it may not be worn, and the original tags must be attached. We suggest that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying the items on. Please leave undergarments on while trying swimwear.
If you would like to discuss returning/exchanging an item, we are available during regular business hours to assist you.
If you have requested an exchange on an item, then your first replacement item will be mailed out to you at no additional shipping charge. If there is a second exchange, you will be responsible for any new shipping charges.
All returned or items to be exchanged must have tags and show no signs of wear. We do not accept returns, issue a refund or exchange for items that have been worn, washed, tags removed, stained, deodorant stained and/or odour, smell of smoke/perfume, or show any type of damage.
Eligible products may be returned/exchanged within 15 business days from the date of purchase. Naturally You has right to determine condition of product(s) for refund ability or exchangeability. If the item has not been worn, is odourless, shows no signs of wear, returned with tags attached in its original condition and meets our criteria for an exchange, then we will gladly exchange or refund within 15 business days (Less shipping and handling) for the item.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse any returns received more than 15 days from the original shipping date. If accepted, a $10 or 10% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.
EXCEPTIONS: For hygienic reasons and your safety any item with a crotch such as panties, swim bottoms, self-adhesive breast forms or opened skin care products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
You are responsible for all costs associated with sending the package back to us.
In the rare instance we mistakenly ship you the wrong product or the product has a factory defect, simply contact us and we will arrange for a replacement.
